Oh, I didn’t know there was a new track in the works. Where?

The most logical ways would be: a) best times (“slowest” times unfortunately don’t make the cut), b) go by world ranking (we say bye to the lowest ranked runners). It might be a good idea to keep track of both of those @Wumo (at least who has the slowest times and lowest rankings)

Fun little video about : I have read that researchers think that the people of Bhutan are some of the happiest, but it’s inconclusive like the guy says in the video. I’d love to visit Nepal and Bhutan though. Bhutan is arguably one of the most, if not the most, successful socialist countries in history. I do know that the government is a bit more suppressive than it seems in the video, and like every country their are some serious social problems behind the scene. The story of Bhutan’s history, politics, and economy is very interesting and worth looking up if you have time.

I want an Indian to name their horse Our Kashmir, or something. A nice bit of drama always makes equestrian better.

I really don’t understand how people can still defend the organization of these games.

I seriously can’t believe how terrible the organization for these games is. The sports and ceremonies have somehow been good, but everything else has been quite shit. I’m ready to give up on the games on day 1 . The South Asian Games won’t have much streaming either. Might have to wait to fill my multi-sports games need until the 2019 Winter Deaflympics (assuming there’s even any live-streams for those)

I got the RCTI Plus stream to work so thanks. So sad they’re not streaming to YouTube. I would love to go back and watch some Chinlone when I had more time . Same goes for Wushu. I couldn’t get Toggle to work, but their lineup wasn’t that good anyways. I still watch ESPN5’s Asian Games coverage from last year. I like the way they stream. Unfortunately, they’re not streaming all that much today. Football, Gymnastics, 3x3, and Weightlifting.

Haven’t had much luck down that route. The only reason I asked was because I couldn’t find what I wanted.

Could you possibly send me a few links to the Indonesian streams @Griff88? (If there’s an online platform with replays). There’s a few event I know where livestream this morning, but ESPN5, GMA, and SPI choose not to broadcast them. This is the hardest it’s been in a long time to find stream for the SEA Games. It was even easier when Myanmar hosted in 2013.

I loved AP psychology at my high school, most kids did. Psychology is very popular among students in the US. I would have loved to have taken a Philosophy class, though my religious classes essentially were philosophical classes in high school.

Oh, so it’s me then (It was just a little snack, some leftovers from Thanksgiving). I’d put a bit more effort in normally, but dinners never look like the ones people make on here (that may also have something to do with me being a university student)

Yes, we are terrible need of a better physical education and health classes. Most of our middle school and high school physical education only makes kids hate physical activity and sports (the exact opposite of what it should actually be doing)

What history do you teach? One of my biggest problems with American education is the lack life skills classes, World history, Native history, and geography. You could add psychology and philosophy to that list. Every child should have to do at least one year of psychology, philosophy, geography, and government. That’s where one of our biggest gaps is.
