  1. Should be 26 for Estonia. Estonia: 26 Alpine Skiing: 2 Biathlon: 8 Cross-Country Skiing: 9 Figure Skating: 2 Freestyle Skiing: 1 Nordic Combined: 1 Ski Jumping: 2 Speed Skating: 1 also, Jamaica: 6 Alpine Skiing: 1 Bobsleigh: 5
  2. Denmark should field a team of 62 athletes in 5 different sports. They are the 5th reserve in men's skeleton and the 3rd reserve in two-man bobsleigh but it's unlikely that they'll get those quotas. Denmark: 62 Alpine Skiing: 1 Biathlon: 1 Curling: 10 Ice Hockey: 48 Speed Skating: 2
  3. Barring some massive quota rejections in cross-country skiing and bobsleigh, it should be safe to assume the following team sizes of the following countries: Andorra: 4 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 2 Azerbaijan: 2 Figure Skating: 2 Bolivia: 2 Alpine Skiing: 1 Cross-Country Skiing: 1 Eritrea: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Hong Kong: 3 Alpine Skiing: 2 Short Track: 1 Iceland: 5 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 3 Liechtenstein: 2 Alpine Skiing: 1 Cross-Country Skiing: 1 Luxembourg: 2 Alpine Skiing: 2 Malta: 1 Snowboarding: 1 Mexico: 4 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 1 Figure Skating: 1 Montenegro: 3 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 1 Morocco: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 North Macedonia: 3 Alpine Skiing: 1 Cross-Country Skiing: 2 Peru: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Saudi Arabia: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Serbia: 2 Alpine Skiing: 2 Turkey: 7 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 3 Short Track: 1 Ski Jumping: 1 Uzbekistan: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1
  4. After one day of accepting and rejecting quotas, these should be the team sizes of some of the smaller winter countries that have accepted their quotas + Hungary. Albania: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Argentina: 6 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 2 Luge: 1 Speed Skating: 1 Armenia: 6 Alpine Skiing: 1 Cross-Country Skiing: 3 Figure Skating: 2 Bosnia and Herzegovina: 5 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 2 Luge: 1 Chile: 4 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 1 Freestyle Skiing: 1 Colombia: 3 Alpine Skiing: 1 Cross-Country Skiing: 1 Speed Skating: 1 Cyprus: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Ecuador: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Ghana: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Greece: 5 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 3 Haiti: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Hungary: 14 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 2 Figure Skating: 2 Short Track: 7 Snowboarding: 1 India: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Iran: 3 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 1 Kosovo: 2 Alpine Skiing: 2 Kyrgyzstan: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Lebanon: 3 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 1 Madagascar: 2 Alpine Skiing: 2 Malaysia: 2 Alpine Skiing: 2 Monaco: 3 Alpine Skiing: 1 Bobsleigh: 2 Pakistan: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Philippines: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1 Portugal: 3 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 1 San Marino: 2 Alpine Skiing: 2 Thailand: 4 Alpine Skiing: 2 Cross-Country Skiing: 2 Timor-Leste: 1 Alpine Skiing: 1
  5. USA also declines both of their women's ski cross quotas. Women's ski cross might not even have 20 athletes at this point . They accepted the rest of their quotas now so they'll be at 32 athletes.
  6. Yes. I believe Israel is currently the first reserve in the two-man event but Netherlands will likely reject their quota because they haven't met their own qualification standards.
  7. It's hard to see Finland winning more than one gold medal. Niskanen and Parmakoski have the Norwegian, Russian and Swedish skiiers to compete with. Ilkka Herola will have a hard time beating the likes of Riiber and Lamparter. They could have a slight chance in freestyle skiing or the freestyle snowboarding events but they are high variance sports. In women's ice hockey, they'll have to beat both Canada and the US to win gold. The men's team should be pretty good though but ROC should still be better on paper.
  8. And that's a wrap for the bobsleigh quotas Four-Man 3 sleds: Canada, Germany 2 sleds: Austria, China, Italy, ROC, South Korea, Switzerland, United States 1 sled: Brazil, Czechia, France, Great Britain, Jamaica, Latvia, Netherlands, Romania As usual, Croatia is the first reserve but should get a quota since the Netherlands will probably reject. Australia is the 2nd reserve. Women's Monobob: 2 sleds: Canada, China, Germany, United States 1 sled: , Australia, Austria, France, Italy, Jamaica, Netherlands, Romania, ROC, Slovakia, South Korea, Switzerland, Ukraine Brazil loses their monobob quota. They're the second reserve with Nigeria being the first reserve. Two-Woman 3 sleds: Canada, Germany 2 sleds: China, ROC, Switzerland, United States 1 sled: Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Great Britain, Romania Unfortunately, it looks like Ashleigh Werner testing positive for COVID caused Australia to lose their second sled. Belgium kicks Jamaica out of a two-woman quota.
  9. Men's Ski Cross Quotas (before reallocation): 4 quotas: Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland 2 quotas: Japan, ROC 1 quota: China (ineligible), Great Britain, Italy, United States Reserves: , , , , Women's Ski Cross Quotas (before reallocation): 4 quotas: Canada, France, , ROC, Switzerland 2 quotas: Austria, Czechia, Germany, Italy, Sweden, United States 1 quota: Australia, Chile, China, Great Britain Reserves: , , , Men's Slopestyle/Big Air Quotas (before reallocation): 4 quotas: Canada, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United States 2 quotas: Austria, New Zealand, Spain 1 quota: China (ineligible), Finland, France, Great Britain Reserves: , , , , Women's Slopestyle/Big Air Quotas (before reallocation): 4 quotas: Canada (one ineligible), United States 3 quotas: Great Britain, Switzerland 2 quotas: Austria, China, Norway, ROC 1 quota: Chile, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand Reserves: , , , , Qualification Summary (as of now) (27 NOC's, probably 26 after Netherlands declines) Australia: 14 Austria: 12 Belarus: 6 Brazil: 1 Canada: 38 (needs to be trimmed to 32) Chile: 2 China: 19 Czechia: 2 Estonia: 2 Finland: 5 France: 15 Germany: 11 Great Britain: 11 Ireland: 1 Italy: 5 Japan: 14 Kazakhstan: 8 Netherlands: 1 New Zealand: 9 Norway: 7 ROC: 23 South Korea: 1 Spain: 2 Sweden: 14 Switzerland: 22 Ukraine: 5 United States: 34 (needs to be trimmed to 32)
  10. And that does it for the quotas. Men's Slopestyle/Big Air Quotas (before reallocation) 4 quotas: Canada, Japan, United States 3 quotas: Norway 2 quotas: Finland, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland 1 quota: Australia, Austria, China, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, ROC Reserves: , , , , Women's Slopestyle/Big Air Quotas (before reallocation) 4 quotas: Canada, Japan, United States 2 quotas: Finland, New Zealand, Norway 1 quota: Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Czechia, France, , Germany, Great Britain, Netherlands, Slovenia, Switzerland, Slovakia Reserves: , , , , Men's Halfpipe Quotas (before reallocation) 4 quotas: Japan, United States 3 quotas: China, Germany, Switzerland 2 quotas: Australia 1 quota: Canada, France, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Slovenia Reserves: , , , , New Zealand's athlete isn't eligible so that quota should go to Italy. Women's Halfpipe Quotas (before reallocation) 4 quotas: China, Japan, United States 3 quotas: Switzerland 2 quotas: Canada, South Korea 1 quota: Australia, Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Malta, Spain Reserves: , (yep, that's it. And the IOC thought it would be a good idea to add one more women's quota and get rid of 5 men's quotas ). Korea has an ineligible women so Canada should get that spot. Snowboarding Qualification Summary (including removing ineligible athletes) Australia: 11 Austria: 15 Belgium: 1 Bulgaria: 1 Canada: 25 China: 13 Czechia: 6 (Sarka Pancochova takes up two quotas) Finland: 4 France: 9 Germany: 18 Great Britain: 3 Hungary: 1 Ireland: 1 Italy: 17 Japan: 21 Malta: 1 Netherlands: 4 New Zealand: 3 Norway: 5 Poland: 5 ROC: 13 Slovakia: 1 Slovenia: 5 South Korea: 4 Spain: 2 Sweden: 2 Switzerland: 21 Ukraine: 1 United States: 25
  11. These should be the Two-Man quotas: 3 sleds: Canada Germany 2 sleds: Austria China Latvia ROC South Korea Switzerland United States 1 sled: Brazil Czechia France Great Britain Italy Jamaica Monaco Netherlands Romania Trinidad and Tobago Trinidad and Tobago becomes the 91st NOC to qualify. Netherlands should reject the quota which means that Israel would get the last spot. Croatia would be the first reserve.
  12. Men's Moguls Quotas (before reallocation): 4 quotas: Australia Canada Japan Sweden United States 2 quotas: Finland France Kazakhstan ROC 1 quota: China Switzerland Women's Moguls Quotas (before reallocation): 4 quotas: Australia Canada Japan United States 3 quotas: Kazakhstan ROC 2 quotas: France Germany Great Britain 1 quota: Brazil China Reserves: Men: , , , , Women: , , , , Canada will surely be rejecting some quotas here. Given the state of the moguls team outside of Kingsbury this season, it could be 2 in each gender.
  13. Hmm, do you know where he got that information from? I don't remember him ever being in qualifying position. https://www.fis-ski.com/DB/general/athlete-biography.html?sectorcode=FS&competitorid=179450&type=result Here's his results. If you add up the number of points he scored during the qualification period, it's the same as the number of points he has on the allocation list.
  14. Also apparently from the skeleton stream this morning, the commentators were saying that both Neise and Loelling failed to fulfill German qualification standards so I'm not too sure what's going to happen there.
  15. Men's Parallel Giant Slalom Quotas (before reallocation) 4 quotas: Austria Italy ROC 3 quotas: Canada Germany Slovenia Switzerland 2 quotas: Poland South Korea 1 quota: Bulgaria China Japan United States Women's Parallel Giant Slalom Quotas (before reallocation) 4 quotas: Austria Germany ROC Switzerland 3 quotas: Canada Poland 2 quotas: China Italy Japan 1 quota: Czechia Netherlands South Korea Ukraine Reserves: Men: , , , , Women: , , , ,
  16. Unless I screwed up the calculations (which is highly possible), I don't believe there were any quota changes from the past week or so. Men: 3 quotas: Germany ROC 2 quotas: Austria China Great Britain Italy Latvia South Korea 1 quota: American Samoa Australia Canada Spain Switzerland Ukraine United States Women: 3 quotas: Germany ROC 2 quotas: Canada China Great Britain United States 1 quota: Australia Austria Belgium Brazil Czechia France Italy Latvia Netherlands Puerto Rico South Korea
  17. Surprisingly, the Netherlands don't seem to have that many gold medal favorites this time. In my predictions, I had them only winning gold in the Men's 1000m, Women's 3000m and Women's 5000mm. In every other event, I believe there's at least one other person that's more favoured than a dutch athlete to win. I suppose they could also realistically win a gold medal in the Men's 1500m, Women's 500m and both mass start and team pursuit events.
  18. Does anybody know what's the status of Lena Repinc and Anna Frolina? They're both in Olympic qualifying position on the points list but neither of them have results from this year.
  19. Men's Aerials Quotas (before reallocation): 4 quotas: Belarus China ROC 3 quotas: Canada Switzerland Ukraine United States 1 quota: Kazakhstan Women's Aerials Quotas (before reallocation): 4 quotas: Canada United States 3 quotas: Australia China ROC 2 quotas: Belarus Kazakhstan Ukraine 1 quota: Germany Switzerland Looks like missing last year cost China getting all 4 quotas. Mixed Team Aerials Event (before reallocation): Belarus Canada China Kazakhstan ROC Switzerland Ukraine United States Reserves: Men:, , , , Women: , , , , A whopping 10 nations qualifying athletes here . Though I do expect Canada to at least reject one quota for each gender which means that Great Britain and Japan would get quotas though I remember that Great Britain doesn't accept reallocations so maybe not.

  21. Does anyone know the record for number of 4th place finishes in a season? because it looks like Alimbekava is well on her way to breaking that.
  22. On wikipedia, it says the Netherlands also has two flag bearer's: Kjeld Nuis and Lindsay van Zundert It also says Asa Miller is the flag bearer for the Philippines .
