    Oh don't get me wrong, I think it's weird to cut it even though I find it rather boring, but boycotting the entire event because of it and taking away rare opportunities from athletes in all kinds of non-related sports just cause you're angry? Meh.

    I've barely ran since my half marathon, since every time after I run for several days there is some sort of 'stingy' pain in my lower leg I did pick up the bike (sort of a mountainbike/road bike hybrid) after a long time and did 65km Friday last week, 70km Wednesday and 80km yesterday

    At least there generally speaking the best backstroke swimmers won't win breaststroke events or something. In the relays it's just "USA won one, Australia won some" etc. The only slight exceptions for me are the 4x100m freestyle, of which I can't understand why they don't close out championships.
