  1. No chance for anyone not called Gaviria
  2. 8km to go, should be Gaviria's first win of the season
  3. I agree, which is exactly why I definitely have him high on my list of favourites. Honestly I wouldn't be able to name one specific favourite, which is a good thing, because I think there are at least five guys with a realistic shot at gold (Loch, D Fischnaller, Repilov, Pavlichenko and Kindl), apart of course from the always possible surprises.
  4. If anyone is not consistent this season it's Loch..
  5. Live stream for stage 1 in San Juan, where Vincenzo Nibali has withdrawn due to illness. http://www.ciclo21.com/vuelta-san-juan-2018-01-directo/ 120km to go
  6. Also Penz/Fischler won the doubles sprint, first non-German doubles win since November 2015. All in all, this was a fun weekend of luge Too bad Eitberger crashed yesterday and Eggert/Benecken did so today, since it's never much fun when a sled (especially a medal contender) crashes, but alright.
  7. Scratch that, how about a top-5?
  8. Wow, USA's manager Jim Johannson has died, aged 53. http://www.espn.com/olympics/story/_/id/22169105/usa-hockey-general-manager-jim-johannson-dies-age-53
  9. Well yeah, after that crash, that makes sense...any news about her?
  10. Look who woke up and noticed this after we've been following Pita for months on Totallympics
  11. +1 for Romania's Maria Constantin for actually entering the 4-man race with an all-female crew, instead of a female driver and three men behind her.
  12. Henrik, FINALLY! That didn't come easy
  13. Ah Matt, come on..
  14. Although not all of them are actually going to the Olympics, it's nice to see the plan worked so well
  15. I might be wrong, but I'm getting a 292 average, which would be enough..
  16. Holy Moses, that crash by young Laura Pirovano Nearly hit a group of coaches/officials that was standing there at full speed (same place as Fest's crash btw), then just went straight into the nettings. She did move immediately afterwards, but is being looked after now..
  17. Poltoranin goes ahead of Klaebo
  18. With the difference that Northug seems to be the epitome of an arrogant "Look at me, I'm famous and everything I do is awesome" kind of attention whore, whereas Klaebo seems to be more like the opposite of that. I find it a lot easier to cheer for Klaebo.
  19. After ten minutes Fest is finally being transported away, hopefully it's not as bad as it looks..
  20. Nadine Fest has been laying there for quite some time now..this is getting a little worrying.
  21. Hammerschmidt and Preuss getting hit by an avalanche from the trees
  22. You mean the one between the jump and finish? That just nearly screwed Tippler
  23. Goggia DNF, did not see that coming!
  24. Well yes it doesn't look like it will cause any problem. It passed over some roads, but they were already closed because of the avalanche risk anyway, and it basically stopped in the forest outside of the biathlon area.
