Why? I don't know, how it's in Croatia, but in Poland men and women are equally invited to be part of jury. If there is no interest for women to be in, that is not gender inequality from the organizer's point of view - it depends on women then.

The TISC already is genderly equal - both, men and women, have equal right to participate, to enter a male, female or mixed band artist.

In Polish League there is always a tie-breaking shoot-out.

Since when penalty shoot-out is not played in case of draw?
