And here I'm doing with betting commercials with Magnus Carlsen and commercials for cat food and nasal spray. All in Norwegian (went for that one as it has American commentators and I'm not a big fan of the Danish).

Not really that big news that there has been some suspicion about Astana in general and Fuglsang's massive season. Only really newsworthy if further investigations gives some proof.

That sounds damn impressive. Don't think I would be doing that. I am strongly considering going with some gels as well. Have considered that as well, but I sadly don't really have a good place to put it.

When going above an hour, do you run with a bottle, @heywoodu? I'm starting to get to the point where I need to consider hydration and nutrition during the run, and haven't quite figured out how I'll do it yet. I have a belt with up to 4 small bottles and did my first test using 2 today. 2 isn't much of a problem, but when using 4 I think it'll be rather irritating.

Though I do agree about the US (but that is mainly due to the terrible idea of First Past the Post), I would say that zero options for 160 years isn't really true. At least Wallace and Roosevelt should be mentioned as actual alternatives to the two parties in presidential elections (though they were former members). You could even mention Perrot and John Anderson. And as mentioned, there are independents in the senate and independent/third-party congressmen/-women aren't really unheard of, though it is indeed on the decline.
