well, even if it's endogenous EPO, there are still limit values that can't be broken... if her values are beyond the established limit, she gets DSQ, otherwise she gets cleared from any accusation... of course, she's going to hire a bunch of lawyers that will make it a lot more complicated than it actually is to try and get her out of troubles even if she's guilty...but that's another story...

It doesn't matter that much, because the question is always between endogenous and esogenous kind of EPO (and other injectable medicines that can be produced also by the human body, in different types and measure)... and normally you get DSQ only when they're sure they've found esogenous EPO, which isn't allowed in any form and in any dosage...
