    Can someone explain to me why they decided to get rid of alpine skiing so early at these Games? I mean, with 6 days before the OG end we will have only 1 alpine race remaining. Weird scheduling, that i just noticed, because the final week was usually reserved for the 4 technical starts in many previous Olympics.

    Wow, another feel good story for   A gold for Vitozzi is like a gold for Brignone, very hard earned after injuries.

    Actually no, they were 13th in 2002. But who knows where they would have finished if we had a proper relay competition with 15+ teams.

    Great first run by  Nolte. Germany have been having a subpar sliding performance to their usual standards, that i'm actually rooting for them for a win.  How about that.
