  1. Russia can still compete in biathlon, who knew! Great showing by Babikov and Tsvetkov.
  2. Well deserved win for Jess Diggins
  3. Wasn't it done, so that the audience watches more athletes runs. Frankly i don't pay attention to the starting order that much, but i guess it would be better to have the favourites more spread out.
  4. Hot damn now Stuhec, what is going on
  5. Or maybe a win for Italy today Great run by Goggia, she is a talent.
  6. Wow Kling, what an upset
  7. Lake Louise will see a different DH winner than Lindsey Vonn and Maria Riesch.
  8. Probably, because of the scarse resources in Korea, that don't allow them to have both the men and womens speed events on back-to-back days.
  9. Nothing surprising, it's the season of olympic shopping. They have bought 2 russian biathletes too, though they aren't so prime.
  10. Very interested in seeing what Shiffrin can do in the downhill tonight. Pretty confident she will get points, maybe even top 20.
  11. Or, now that he is finally champion, he just said fuck it, after all the drama and pain in the ass that was hamilton these last few years. Interesting now who gets the hot seat at Mercedes.
  12. Whaaaaaaatt ?!
  13. Why, Spain has 2 very good chances for medals in Javier Fernandez and Lucas Eguibar. Actually many of us should be the jealous ones.
  14. We would probably have around the same number like we usually have 15-20, with 20 the unrealistic number and 15 the reasonable one. The certain ones for me are 11 so far (bar any injuries): biathlon - 5 men + 1 women snowboard - Alexandra Jekova and Rado Yankov ski-jumping - Zografski alpine - Albert Popov cross-country - Tsinzov For the rest it will depend how many filler quotas we will get. Like in Sochi we had 4 alpine, 4 cross-country and a luger even, who went on a good holiday. And i don't even know if these people still train. Maybe there is a chance in short track dunno.
  15. Where is Tiril Eckoff
  16. Oh, i saw the news on bulgarian sites and thought it was a done deal. My bad i should have checked it elsewhere.
  17. Johaug's ban came and it is 14 months, more than i expected.
  18. Such tragic news.
  19. Like i've said prior, i'm rejuvenated that Eurosport got the rights back. Their commentators are by far the best here. Plus around 90% of households have cable/ satellite subscription, so availability isn't a problem, even though our state network will probably sublicense.
  20. There is still the Brazilian Formula 3 i think. Plus it is no guarantee. Look at Italy for example. After Trully & Fisichella departed they don't have a driver now for years and italian drivers have endless options of small formulas to train.
  21. Well, to be honest, Korea did some Olympics shopping in Anna Boulygina and soon to be Timofei Lapshin, so they won't be the usual big punching bag.
  22. Our mens team looks in great skiing form for the start of the season. And the best part is, beside Anev and Iliev, we might have a third male in Anton Sinapov who has reached a higher level. I think our mens biathlon is the best it has ever been. Now if they combine the good skiing with a good shooting, a miracle could happen.
