    And the record for most races in a day is going to, surprise, surprise, Katinka Hosszu. She already had 3-4 runs in the morning session alone. Not many surprises from what i saw. The few (somewhat) big names all went through.

    Not gonna happen, until Emperor Merkel, ruler of continent Europe, dictates what everyone are going to do.

    The germans are strong, but once again is proven that training on the tracks makes a big difference in luge. Having the privilege to train on the 5 or so german tracks, they easily dominate the races in droves, but for the few times every year they go to North America or elsewhere in Europe, their dominance disappears. Like there wasn't a single german in the top 5 in the mens race.

    Wasn't it done, so that the audience watches more athletes runs. Frankly i don't pay attention to the starting order that much, but i guess it would be better to have the favourites more spread out.
