  1. Ryding flops at the course set by his own coach. Just putting it out there since such things are mentioned here only when someone does well on his "own" course.
  2. Croatia Sportsman - Luka Modrić (football) Sportswoman - Sandra Perković (athletics) Team - National Football Team Double/Relay/Crew - Martin Sinković / Valent Sinković (rowing) Trainer - Zlatko Dalić (football)
  3. Does Ted Ligety have a dentist appointment or something tomorrow, hence the late start time?
  4. But nobody writes 'Andy' Roddick etc.
  5. Yes, that would be my guess. However Prague just hosted Global Champions Tour Finals (by far the biggest equestrian competition ever held in CZE), so Czechs may have similar aspirations.
  6. New team qualification events have been confirmed: Dressage - Group C - Moscow (June 6-9) Eventing - Groups F/G - Saumur (May 23-26) Jumping - Group G - Valkenswaard (August 12-13) Groups F/G qualifiers in eventing will be held very soon. I'm 99% sure that both spots will be reallocated however. South Africa may be able to find the third rider, but I really don't see the likes of India or Hong Kong putting together a CCI4*-L team in this short time frame... Budapest apparently withdrew from hosting Group C jumping. Also Group F dressage venue is yet to be decided. I suspect or will host the Group C jumping, while some venue in will be picked for Group F dressage... Also, the venue for Nations Cup Final in jumping is yet to be decided, which is important because hosts will be prequalified.
  7. It would be awesome if we could keep track about how many bulbs each user destroyed.
  8. I guess using those big trucks for waxing makes it impossible not to question the technical aspect.
  9. Those Christmas lights are fun.
  10. Looks like Zubčić is still milking his start number. All is well in the skiing world.
  11. What a win for Frederic freakin' Wandres. Western European League, Stage 6 (London, Great Britain) Frederic Wandres (Duke of Britain) - 80.030% Charlotte Dujardin (Hawtins Delicato) - 80.030% Hans Peter Minderhoud (Glock's Dream Boy) - 77.990% Full results... WEL Standings...
  12. FEI wants to be young and urban too, so yesterday we saw the introduction of short Grand Prix, despite the overwhelming disapproval from, well, everyone. http://www.eurodressage.com/2018/12/18/minderhoud-and-dream-boy-win-pilot-shortened-grand-prix-2018-cdi-w-london
  13. Ninis already moves into top 10.
  14. German sweep in Lake Placid of all places.
  15. Gah, I HATE importing GIFs on this site. They rarely work.
  16. Nice day. Wherever I turn I see Croatian athletes competing for other nations. Fak in biathlon for ... Nikpalj in bobsleigh for ... Obratov in luge for ...
  17. Belgium is not leading. A sure sign that the relay will not be exciting.
