  1. Aprils fools joke lol. I'm fool.
  2. Shocking news. Hope they aren't forced to move the meet after everyone has already tapered. Britain’s Olympic Swim Trials Rocked By Chlorine-Resistant Bug Cryptosporidiosis – Crisis Talks To Consider Shifting Selection Event
  3. Should get to see how Milak is tracking at Hungarian nationals. Is there an entry list out yet? I don't see one on the website. It's a very busy month for swim fans with an interesting meet on basically every week.
  4. Wunsch is competing at Age Champs the week before. Most of the juniors doing both meets are locals. Hope Titmus missing from the entry list is just a mistake and she'll be added when the final start list is released tomorrow. Edit: The official broadcaster is 9now but they might put it up on YouTube again as well but I doubt they'll advertise it.
  5. This is only the second time I've watched World XC and it seemed more exciting last year but maybe I'm just biased because it was in Australia. The course last year was certainly more interesting and the brutal weather also created some drama.
  6. I hope she wasn't too expensive.
  7. Final leg from the Americans was terrible. Took them from 3rd to 8th.
  8. It's comfy compared to last year which was brutal.
  9. Josh Liendo looks ready to take back that 100 fly Commonwealth record. Hope Temple can continue to up his game
  10. The GBR medleys should be fine because in Doha Hopkin looked the best she's looked since 2021.
  11. We need a new games to fill that spot. Maybe OCA and Asian Games will take Oceania in ...
  12. Malaysia has rejected the offer to host 2026 Comm Games citing cost. https://www.aljazeera.com/economy/2024/3/22/malaysia-declines-offer-to-host-2026-commonwealth-games-citing-cost Who's the next candidate?
  13. Thing is Brisbane does need a new round stadium because the Gabba will be at end of life in less than 10 years. This is all politics because of the election this year. I don't think the current proposal of using QSAC will last very long and it's objectively the worst of the three options.
  14. It's not Australia that was adamant but the IOC that is adamant they won't allow the games outside of northern hemisphere summer and this rules out both Melbourne and Sydney. If the IOC weren't so busy catering to the desires of certain countries and their broadcasting networks we could have a games in Melbourne.
  15. JASF leadership trying their hardest to strangle the sport to death.
  16. And Rikako qualifies by the skin of her teeth.
  17. This works (use in media player that supports streams): https://iptv-org.github.io/iptv/subdivisions/jp-13.m3u
  18. It doesn't seem to like my VPN
  19. I didn't think NSW State Open was a qualifying meet but I haven't looked at the calendar since last year.
  20. Did you use a VPN to watch? I'd like to see Rikako make the team tomorrow so might have to give it a try.
  21. That coincidentally ties Regan's former WR. Mollie's 58.71 was very impressive as well. She's never been 58 unrested before. It'll be sad if she goes a podium worthy time (57 high?) at trials and can't swim it in Paris. It's been a pretty slow meet tbh. Seems like many of them are training through the meet but there have still been some fast swims mixed in. I might do up a list of noteworthy swims once it's over.
  22. Tennis (Indian Wells) and Swimming (NSW States - following not watching because idiots have no stream this year).
  23. Another Spaniard, Ouassim Oumaiz, banned for doping this time for a synthetic stimulator of growth hormone secretion (GHRP-2) https://www.malagahoy.es/deportes/Ouassim-Oumaiz-atleta-malagueno-positivo_0_1884112316.html
