  1. Canada boycotts Tyumen' leg https://www.nrk.no/sport/canada-boikotter-verdenscupen-i-russland-1.13823102
  2. 4 Best Ukrainian male biathletes will skip Annecy. They are gonna train in Obertillach instead.
  3. The IBU president Anders Besseberg said there are more Russian biathletes under investigation for doping offense. He didn't reveal any names: https://www.nrk.no/sport/russland-degradert-i-skiskyting-1.13818726
  4. Olga Podchufarova put this season on pause. Igor Malinovskiy (the owner of 3 gold medals on the last JWCH) probably ended his biathlon career. He wrote "this can be the last race in my career" in a social network. It seems he chose aeronautical university.
  5. They were stripped off the voting in the IBU Congress only but there's no Congress planned in the near future so de facto there's no punishment at all. Moreover, as a provisional member they pay only half of the participation fee from now Good job IBU The rumour says that even Starykh & Loginov will be allowed to take part in the OG.
  6. Mass attack by Russian psychos of Koukalova's instagram: they call her a bitch, scum, c..t, wish her to shoot her leg, leave her death threats. All the Ukrainians who defend her are threatened in the same way, they call names our nationality and threaten to destroy our country ps. This reminds me the same attack on Fourcade after he voiced his opinion about doping and that drama with Shipulin & Loginov. Or attack on Pidhrushna when their TV spreaded fake info that she was a sniper in the East Ukraine She had to hire securities back then.
  7. I like Leandro even more now https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DQi3heQXkAEErfW.jpg
  8. Kuzya! Vita! 31000$ in a week, little Mark needs those money, gurl))
  9. Norway - Deviated from marked trail/skiing wrong trail
  10. ^ did I write "might" clearly enough?
  11. 2 laps for Bruna on the first standing edit: Abramova wants to stay in the IBU Cup so bad
  12. Kuzmina gave an interview to our federation's site and she said that she might stay after the Olympic season.
  13. The president of Ukrainian biathlon federation said that it was a true shock for them. He understands the reason behind all of that. A LOT of money were spent on the Olympics, they craved for medals no matter what. He said that he doesn't believe that the president of Russian biathlon federation was involved or their exec director but he believes that it could be done by Russian officials from the ministry & infamous Moscow laboratory. He also hinted that our biathletes will not visit any competitions in Russia.
  14. The previous words of Rodchenkov have been already proven by Oswald & Schmid commissions so these words sound persuasive enough. If I understood right he's got hand-written notes from the officials which he handed to journalists.
  15. Russian officials wanted to spoil Vita Semerenko's doping test and blame her in a doping offense. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/02/sports/olympics/russian-doping.html They wanted to commit this crime at the 2013 Race of Champions in Moscow. Unlike at the World Cup the doping procedure wasn't anonymous there. They saw her name and they had a full access to her test. Like it wasn't enough Olga Vilukhina stole her silver in Sochi. It's almost midnight in Ostersund but some people in our federation are already shocked & speechless.
  16. Rodchenkov revealed the name of the supposed Ukrainian victim. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/02/sports/olympics/russian-doping.html "Rodchenkov said that Yuri Nagornykh, the deputy minister of sport, had asked him to incriminate a Ukrainian athlete, Vita Semerenko, during a competition in Moscow leading up to the Olympics." Basically Russian officials & politicians tried to attack Ukrainian biathlon by eliminating a strong competitor (who won the Olympic gold & silver in Sochi) before the Games. Judging from the hints they wanted to spoil her doping test from the 2013 Race of Champions in Moscow. Vita has already suffered from the Russian system She was robbed of her Olympic silver (and prize money) by doping offender Olga Vilukhina. The IOC disqualified Vilukhina 5 days ago.
  17. Herrmann could have had one more miss and conquer a medal still o_0 Dzhima lost a lot of weight & changed her skiing technique completely before the previous season and I'm happy that this risk paid off. + our whole team bought the new rifles and she managed to learn how to shoot properly after such skiing tempo (2 races, six 0's). I feel sad for Varvynets. She's got ill knees and she will go through surgery right after this season ends. Not sure if she stays in the reserve.
  18. The Olympic season! The stakes are high, let the bitching begin! Vilukhina said Landova to stop having fun because she won't give her medal back. Skardino said after this race that Gabi has a bad attitude & she can't judge doping offenders anybody because nobody knows how it was. Like all the proofs never happened
  19. Uros Velepec promised to wear pink again if our girls take a medal Waiting for pics
  20. Dzyma always lacked something last season. Whether it was skiing or shooting. She had 5th, 6th places and look at this first race for her! Maybe you won't have to wait the whole season after all. Exactly my thought. So many 4 0's even despite the wind. Also I like how someone who's not in the spotlight in personal races conquered almost the whole top-10.
  21. René Fasel is an old friend of Mutko and Putin. Their hockey players can have injections right on a rink and they still will be allowed
  22. It's 1 biathlon day only and I've already ran out of all DRAMA limits
  23. Russia 'drug cheats' set to cast shadow over World Cup draw as whistleblower reveals he has shocking evidence that proves Russian footballers were involved in state-sponsored doping: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/sportsnews/article-5117467/Russia-drug-cheats-set-cast-shadow-World-Cup-draw.html + Russian minister of Sports was obviously involved too: 'Mutko came to the [Sochi] Olympic village,' says Walden. 'Grigory has memos he has kept that were written for Mutko's benefit. Among them are one written after [a revelatory German] documentary came out, with my client advising what would happen if there was a retesting of stored Olympic samples, and that there was a problem with race-walking.' Sportsmail has one of those memos. 'There are hundreds and hundreds of data points [incidents] with Mutko, and I must stress Nagornykh as well,' Walden says. 'One of the things that was outrageous and shocking to me was a conversation my client had in 2013 in which it was suggested he [Rodchenkov] should 'spike' a Ukrainian rival's urine to make it look dirty and allow a Russian to win. That was something my client found an excuse not to do. This will be reported when the Schmid affidavit comes out.'
