  1. Vive Unbevielable story. Possibly the weakest team on paper won Champions League! Whar a Great , great team
  2. Well...Our team is tired. I could see that already looking at Resovia Rzeszow's players at Champions League F4. The league season has been to long... To think they actually want to make our league even bigger and consisting of 16 teams... Nevertheless, congrats! Today's win was huge also because of it we have now even bigger chances for qualifying But Canada - i am simultanuesly impressed and dissapointed.I am impresed cause they put a heck of a fight again versus a really talented and in theory better team. However I am also disappointed, cause they wasted the 2-0 lead away... Well, I think it just supports what I was thinking since a few years ago: Canada has the possibilty to in a few years be amongst the world's elite. However I THINK those players need a bit psychological help. Every year they make some impressive progress, but when it comes to decisive matches/situations something doesn't seem right there. Well, the next matches they will play against theoretically weaker opponents (except for France of course) so i still hope they'll be able to take a qualifying place.
  3. Oh, thanks for adding those What's weird is I thought I was 100% sure added the third day results... oh well, guess I was wrong
  4. Second day results of Hubert Jerzy Wagner memorial Bulgaria - Serbia 3:2 (25:20 ; 16:25 ; 25:14 ; 22:25 ; 16:14) Belgium - Poland 1:3 (25:20 ; 16:25 ; 20:25 ; 22:25)
  5. Lol they actually edited all J****'s results to 0-25
  6. Just look at the referees expression... he LITERALLY tries not to burst out laughing when a Thai players tries to ask him what did thet do wrong... FIVB, maybe next time instead of taking player's time for lame tournaments and other stupid sport stuff, just announce who will go to olympics on a press conference
  7. What the hell was the referee doing? He basically fixed the match for Japan. Two Red cards by the end of the match!? Even our commentators said he should be banned from further refereing. Then again - why the Tournament is hosted by Japan? Thats also very unfair. In order to qualify to the world cup - the first olympic qualification evntt -a country has to finish at least 2nd on continental championship. Japan doesn't have to do anything. Here- Japan also qualified as host. So badically, for example Polish men's team in order to go to Rio had to play about 20 matches. Japan will do with three or four wins. FIVB - WE PLAY IT CLEAN I realize not everyone will agree with me, but I am now really, really angry. I don't want to see this kind of behaviour in my favourite sport - but I have to say it: The match was fixed for Japan... even in the early sets the refereeing was really one sided If I was the president of Thai Volleyball Association, I would already be filling a complaint. Anyways- the match will be remembered for very long. Sadly, not only because of being an amazing game, as it could, and should have been.
  8. What an impossible game... Japan & Thailand's defensive skill
  9. Almost Time for one of the matches that could be decisive: Japan vs Thailand. Go girls
  10. The first day of Hubert Wagner memorial took place tonight. The results are as follow: Belgium - Serbia 2:3 (22:25 ; 25:16 ; 21:25 ; 25:23 ; 12:15) Bulgaria - Poland 3:2 (25:21 ; 21:25 ; 25:21 ; 24:26 ; 15:12)
  11. And Korea won against Japan 3-1. The tournament gets even more interesting...
  12. Overall I prefer team sports much more over individual ones. 1. Volleyball 2. Handball 3. Basketball 4. Athletics 5. Rowing I know we're supposed to name only 5, but Field Hockey comes very close after Rowing. Too bad I very rarely have the opportunity to watch
  13. Japan just lost their first set here against Korea. If they'd lose the match, only Italy would have 3 victories in 3 matches and secure their first place so far. Korea and Japan both could be 2/3rd, depending on set difference, and Netherlands would be fourth. Thailand would be in a very difficult situatio n before tommorow's match, as they will be the only team left with 3 points, so tommorows ultra hard game against Japan could decide if they will still fight for a berth to RIO. Kazskhstan and Dominican Rep. both have 0 points and basically are already eliminated.
  14. Come on ! USA scored only because they had an advantage play! You can do it
  15. End of the road for Dominican Rep... Meanwile Netherlands on the path to destroying Thailand in the first set -22:12 so far
  16. Hopefully will in the worst case at least advance to semifinal Also wishing good performance for our southern Neighbours - . Too bad that our other southern neighbours (for 99%) didn't manage to qualify further .
  17. Well, no offense, but i think it's wrong to cheat like losing on purpose and destroys the competition... I know many countries and teams are doing this, but stil... and if you would only cheat in order to avoid hard opponents and play versus the weaker ones, then even if you'd qualify even to the final somehow, you wouldn't deserve it.
  18. No surprises - Japan wins 3:0. Kazakhstan had its moments at the beginning of second set, but outside of that definitely weaker team, probably the weakest at this tournament.
  19. The odds for Kazakhstan winning against Japan are 26.00
  20. I love how some sports federations are trying to geoblock viewiers from some countries from their broadcast on youtube because they sold the rights to some tv channel For example in theory FIVB broadcasts all women's OQT games live on youtube, but they are geoblocked in many countries. The Result? There have been like 5 additional live streams of the previous match Netherlands-South Korea, one of which had at one point about 8k viewers, whike the official one had at the same time about 3k And there as I said have been a few other streams... so basically they didn't only create larger audience for the TV transmission, they did not make profit either from a wider audience watching on Television, or on their channel where they could have had like four times more people watching, either. They just helped to create a bunch of pirated streams I know that's probably part of their deal with television, but they really should have learned something by now
  21. Well, teams on a very close level participate here, so anything is possible. To be honest because of many reasons i didn't really have the time to watch womens EQT ( that's part of why i am now trying to catch as much women's games as possible ) besides Polish matches and the final, so I don't really know how the Dutch/Italian players performed there, but I really wouldn't be surprised if at least one of them wouldn't manage to qualify, as especially the Asian teams play on really high level here, so i Too think Thailand / Korea can be a very dangerous opponents to everyone and qualify to RIO. And Asian teams are typically good at women's volley ( China, Japan, Thailand, Korea are all really good ) TBH right now I think it will be Netherlands who has more chances of failing to qualify then Italy, not only because of today's match but also because some parts of their match vs Kazakhstan and the set they lose there proved something might not be right with that team
