After leading the 4x400 mixed relay in the Team Championships two days ago, Lukas Sutkus just ran a 46.41 at the Bauhaus Junior Gala in Germany.
That's the third best European U20 time this season.
He instantly becomes a possible medal contender for Lithuania at the EU u20s later this year.
Edit: additional info, it's also the fourth best Lithuanian time, he broke The U20 NR and 19yo NR, the records were both 45 and 35 years old.
Interestingly enough, Janarauskas (2006yob) is breaking the age group records that Sutkus has been setting, so with Keršulis, we have three very capable men in the 400m field, so a successful 4x400m relay could be coming our way if these guys stay in the sport.
