  1. Nah, right now I'm writing Eurovision songs for other artists and Lithuanian pop music + an acoustic indie/folk/pop project in English for my two upcoming albums that are scheduled as a follow up to my debut album that's coming in a month and a half-ish. So writing hip-hop would feel a bit out of place in the near future
  2. Personally for me, the front page list feels nostalgic, since it's how I always do my song evaluations, by clicking one by one Spreadsheet probably wouldn't change much though, just aesthetics.
  3. I don't know if we have anyone other than her. Well, at least I don't follow this sport and I only know of her from the media, because Dominyka wins a lot
  4. Oh lol, definitely was not expecting to see a Lithuanian Olympic quota tonight I wonder how her Olympic run will look. Would be happy if she added to the Lithuanian medal tally, don't know if I quite consider this an Olympic sport though
  5. I'm happy to say that I think that I've found the Lithuanian entry for this TISC
  6. Lithuanian Summer biathlon championships at Maduona, Latvia - Sprint results: W 7.5 km 1. Lidija Žurauskaitė LTU 0+0 2. Annija Sabule LAT 0+1 +1:43.7 3. Sanita Bulina LAT 4+0 +2:01.4 4. Judita Traubaitė LTU 2+2 +2:53.1 6. Sara Urumova LTU 1+1 +5:22.7 Natalija Kočergina DNS M 10 km 1. Vytautas Strolia LTU 1+0 2. Tomas Kaukėnas LTU 1+1 +1:13.1 3. Edgars Mise LAT 0+0 +1:29.2 4. Maksim Fomin LTU 3+0 +1:30.4 5. Karol Dombrovski LTU 1+1 +1:31.9 7. Stepan Teretjev LTU 1+1 +2:05.7 8. Jokūbas Mačkinė LTU 2+1 +2:47.9 10. Lukas Jakeliūnas LTU 4+1 +5:40.9 I think that it is safe now to claim that Gabrielė Leščinskaitė, Marija Kresik, Nikita Romanov and possibly Linas Banys don't seem to be coming back to our national biathlon team in the upcoming 2023/24 season. This is one of the most massive loses that our biathlon team has faced in a very long while. Especially since we would have been able to run a women's relay team this season after many many years of absence. Other Lithuanian successes in different age groups: W15 3. Eveta Šidlauskaitė 1+0 +10.6 M19 4. Mikas Vildžiūnas 1+1 +29.8 M22 1. Nikita Čigak 3+2 2. Darius Dinda 3+2 +44.4 I will follow up with results from the mass start when I have access to them.
  7. As an adult that has no intention of ever having children, I can't wait to become slowly pushed out by society and never see the friends that are starting families anymore
  8. Neither of my two classes ever organised a reunion, so TISC and Lithuanian music awards are the only three times in a year where I feel some sort of reunion vibes
  9. I have some ideas, but I really want to get Lithuania back into the top 10 and I don't think that they are it. Though, I'm doubting I will come up with anything else, because I know that I won't be able to discover any hidden gems of the past, because everything has already been discovered So I might re-use an artist, or go a little more towards the alternative side and make at least @Wanderer happy
  10. Every TISC now feels somewhat like a class reunion, where you see whose still on the forum, willing to share some music As always, would be exciting to also see some new faces. is continuing to participate
  11. Aivaras Mikutis was 5th in the U23 time trial. It's the best Lithuanian non-Elite level cycling performance since 2009.
  12. Are you personally going to be in charge of the anal swabs for the vetting process? And you're sure that we don't need to google if that is actually a thing in the US?
  13. I'm just trying to track down where Lithuania can add more Olympians to the team, so gymnastics and wrestling seem to be the likeliest options.
  14. After the entire basketball, canoeing sprint and rowing massive qualifications, what would be the next huge events to keep and eye out for Olympic qualification? Or is it going to be quiet now, since we're getting closer to winter?
  15. Lithuania are silver and bronze medalists at the European Championships, but with the tough qualification system, there's literally zero guarantee if either team qualifies to the Olympic Games, even at this level.
  16. Good thing that I didn't see live how our men's pair and double botched the quarterfinals
  17. Nemeravičius and Senkutė both survive!
  18. Well, if we qualify all four of our pairs and both singles, we still match our 10 quotas from last Olympics The quadruple men don't look that strong, wouldn't put my money on them at the Olympic qualifier tournament, but still surprised why we didn't attempt to enter the women's quadruple skulls, when we have a full team sitting this event out after successful World & European U23's
  19. Fairly solid start for Lithuania, all four boats are through to the quarterfinals.
  20. I have this weird feeling that US won the trade
  21. I'm surprised that my dad is not a coach or a referee yet, he's been yelling at the TV for over 30 years now that everyone's stupid.
  22. I have this crazy feeling that we're setting ourselves up for a stupid slip up during quarters
