    She's also the first to medal in multiple individual events / to medal at two different Olympics. And frankly the 1904 Olympics as a whole were just sort of a joke that I humour only because Canada did relatively well xD And ya, Ko medaling twice is a huge accomplishment. Golf is incredibly high variant (see: the boy from Bratislava winning silver :P ) and the field has a lot of depth - there are just a *lot* of good golfers out there.

    Noah Lyles did a "give me your energy" pose before the 200m finals, and the Chinese 4x100m men's team did a synchronized kamehameha before the finals yesterday. DBZ fans are taking over the Olympics :D

    Last night I dreamed that Canada won gold in women's football on penalties after missing three attempts in a row, but that's obviously too fantastical to be real.
