I think its too late. Lineups had to be submitted Wednesday. I don't think Sadovsky will lose us a position in the table, his points might be less than Messing, but placement matters. After Messing arrives he can do the long program.

Official: Hamelin (short track) and Philip-Poulin (hockey) are the flag bearers. Couldn't pick better flag bearers. Though concerning since Hamelin has 1 possibly 2 events the next day?

For Canada it will be Charles Hamelin (Shor track speed skating) and Marie Philip Poulin (hockey). From such a random decision in 2020 to now, choose arguably the most decorated athlete from each gender.
