He tied Jean-wan, so it comes down to the average scores in all of the stages of the World Cup series. What we might have forgotten to add is that Jeah-wan scored 14.066 today and this pulled his average way down.

So, @MHSN, it looks like Saeid Reza Keikha has qualified to Tokyo!
