Quota for Prokopenko, but it isn't +1 quota for  as they already had 2 quotas. They will have to choose two of the three qualified athletes.

I’m inclined to think Prokopenko is a lock.

What all the drama and craziness that's going on today there's a good chance that I messed up my calculations, so this isn't official.
