Slovak, but compete for quite a while now, so that is why I am a bit surprised he is still registered as ineligible

Oh well . He should have opted  to represent Qatar or Bahrain instead  .

I can confirm, though, that China and Kazakhstan finished 1st in W C1 and W K1, respectively.

Yeah, TPE started in the final (after not starting the semifinal as well). Magic.

 

However, seeing how the TPE athlete was competing in two classes, it is quite possible they made a special exemption for her.
