Just to clarify, they're both through to the crossovers then, correct? With both of them not being able to get any more than that

Australia is secured first place. If they draw, Ireland will be second and England third. If there is a winner, the winnner will be second and the loser fourth.

Freakishly annoying the only bookmakers where I can somewhat reasonably bet a little have the lowest draw odds

I was kinda at the edge of my seat during the final minutes as I had predicted +7 GD for Australia, if they scored the 12th I'd have been left with only the basic correct result points in prediction

Great to see two teams who didn't play to draw it, but to win it.  (Though not great for my prediction. A draw would have been better. )

Good for England to finally be able to show a bit of their quality. Ireland can only blame themselves for not beating a regional China side.

 

BTW France has now a GREAT chance to make QFs and climb several places in the rankings, which will in turn help them with the seeding for the olympic play-offs, if they make it via FIH Hockey series.
