Indian Grand Prix IV is scheduled tomorrow in Patiala with limited events, but important for Olympic ranking. Big names like Jabir Palliyalil, Karthik Unnikrishnan, Tajinder Toor pal Singh, Hima Das and Dutee Chand are participating.

Additionally it will add as qualifier for Men's 400m relay and Women's 100m relay as Maldives shall be the international team participating.

Watch out for Harmilan Bains in 1500m she is going to run only with Chitra I was expecting her to break the NR  but difficult without any competitive athlete by your side, also Md Anees crossed 8m in long jump last time, Toor and Kamalpreet.

NR- Kamalpreet Kaur 66.59m, NR-Women 100m relay 43.37, Hima Das - 22.88s in 200m almost touching Olympic mark, Harmilan Bains PB again 4.08.27s. I am feeling like we will get our 1st athletics medal

No change in Men's 400m relay as the timing is worse than the previous timing. In Women's 100m relay they jumped from 22 to 20 but need to beat the timing 43.05 of Nigeria

Indian Grand Prix was category E, so does anyone know what category shall be Nationals. Higher the category more the ranking points

I saw most events yesterday, the idea of putting Dhanalakshmi in 200m was a masterstroke she was the pace setter on the first 100 m for Hima, it almost paid dividence.
