Not exactly the meaning of dictator, as I'm sure you're aware.

Nothing fine about that. Or better yet: kicking Al-Qaeda's ass was just as good as Russia kicking terrorist asses in Syria.

Nope. Both of the sides you mention are definitely responsible for war crimes. Sadly nothing is done about that.

Obviously Srebrenica is (rather clearly) an act of genocide. Millions dead in Congo was one of the worst crimes in human history, but strictly speaking, not genocide: they didn't die simply for being Congolese, but they died because the Belgian rulers had absolutely horrific conditions for them to work in. Yes, it's all just as bad as genocide, but it simply is not the same thing, just like the millions of dead Chinese under Mao is a huge crime, but not genocide.

No problem with a military presence in an 'allied nation', just like at least in the 'big bad West' there's basically never anyone serious who has any problem with Russian humanitarian centers in Serbia. Never heard anything bad about it and don't see any problem with it. Most people who would have a problem with something like that are the "oh my god everything is a big conspiracy" kind of people.

Killing innocent people in Vietnam and Congo is bad , but in Syria and Afghanistan are good , this's Islamophobia or something else ?

as long as fat cats benefit from wars , wars will always exist , nothing more beneficial than trading weapons , that's it

War is the continuation of politics by other means (Von Clausewitz),  will always exist.

If you think the likes of Al-Qaeda and Islamic State are 'good' and should have been left alone, sure. (because rather obviously those are the ones meant)

Innocent victims are obviously just as bad anywhere in the world.

No they're not good ofc,  but their existence with very few no. Some where isn't a reason for making genocides in those countries and killing this whole no. Of innocent people , America itself had many hatred groups and this wasn't so long was this a reason to kill millions of American people ? USA itself is the one who provided Al Qaeda with weapons during the Soviet War and is fighting terrorism the main reason US or Russia invaded Afghanistan or Syria , ofc not the 1st went there for oil , while the 2nd went there to protect their toy dictator whom they provide with weapons , the small countries are the only ones that pay the price high with this US Russian cold war and ofc many paid the price before with other countries like France , Italy , Britain , Belgium , Spain, Japan, Germany and others but thanks god we have only 2 super powers now unlike the past , so at least the damage could be less harmful

The former French president Nicolas Sarkozy has been taken into police custody to be questioned over allegations that he received millions of euros in illegal election campaign funding from the regime of the late Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi.

    • It's all hogwash especially in the short attention span generation. Like nobody cares about Free Tibet anymore either. Free Palestine will last a lot longer due to Saudi Arabia becoming a sponsorship force in sports.   Israel is too weak in soccer to qualify from UEFA zone. The only time they qualified was from the Asian zone and they only beat Australia & New Zealand who were complete nobodies in the 1960s. No such luck in the 60 years since.
    • Oh I assure you FIFA dodger a bullet with Israel not qualifying…   But ya that’s kind of the thing, shut up and dribble is a mantra anti LGBT people have used often. I don’t think it’s hypocritical to remind them of their position
    • Ah, yes but that's not how pro athletes are taught in North America these days? Shut up & dribble is xenophobic, racist or whatever? The hypocrisy of some of these policies were exposed during 2022 World Cup already where the Saudis played it smart and waved their own "Free Palestine' slogans. Forget LGBT rights for a moment, how many 'Free Palestine' flags will be waved in 2026? Or will those be confiscated by default? Somehow I feel this won't be met with similar backlash when China clamped down on 'Free Tibet' in 2008 OG. Saudi Arabia is more important to global markets than Iran & Egypt
