We have kicked the presidency of the EU in the last couple of days, and the most interesting thing that happened is that Donald Tusk had his openning speach in bulgarian (and he was i might say, very good at it)   Tusk has now become an internet sensation here and somewhat a favourite of the people, which is hugely uncommon for a foreign politician (unless your name is Putin ).
