Actually the gaps are not that small. Loch can probably lose the gold only with a bigger mistake, what isn't impossible on this track. I guess around 0.2s is the most you can otherwise hope to make up in relation to those around you.

 

It's measured to thousands for a reason.

Yep, official page is pretty awful. There is "cumulative result" tab but it's empty at the moment.
