The team event is gone forever. The best they can hope for is a mixed relay with the 2 male and 2 female athletes that are already qualified, similar to triathlon.

They would have to do it so each member did one or two of the disciplines rather than a brief swim, a tiny bit of fencing , a couple of jumps and a few shots and a short run as that would look daft and not be exciting as they would always have to be gaps as people dried and changed outfits.
