@Sindo Rory McIlroy will represent Ireland at the Olympics and not GB. His medal here needs to be attributed to Ireland and not GB.

Angelique Kerber and Alexander Zverev have a higher combined ranking, now that they are going to represent Germany at Tokyo 2020 in mixed doubles.

This is done taking into account only Doubles rankings. I know it is not perfect and it brings to award medals to some couples who will never play together, but I think this is the best and objective way to award medals ;)

For these rankings I just take into account the combined doubles rankings. No matter if those players will even play in Tokyo.
