Well, Turkish races were initially planned in Bolu/Gerede, and those were only classic interval starts + free pursuit.

 

Now it has been relocated to Erzurum, and the pursuit was replaced with another interval start. Pretty sure that change was made after Pita's James Bond alike attempt.
