Thanks to Totallympics I became an expert of world time zones :d  This is a tricky one and I was going to answer Brazil because I was sure of Netherlands (UTC +1), Norway (UTC +1) and China (UTC +8) time zones. But then I am also sure Brazil can not be UTC +1.

 

The Netherlands also owns Aruba, whose time zone is UTC -4. So I will go with A. Netherlands.

Brazil has four timezones, from UTC-2 to UTC-5... but the Caribbean Netherlands was the catch, so A is right. :d
