Very uninteresting WC so far. Not a good haul on centuries for now, Trump gone already and players gifting victories to Ronnie.

Trump? :p

Yeah, none other than Judd Trump, second-ranked player in the world. :p

His high standard of offensive play got him there but he was injured so couldn't play his full potential. He isn't liked by everybody but I like him. :d

Plus Luca Brecel throwing away a very good chance at a nice upset :(

Yes, that's another thing I've noticed about these Championships. Those with a big lead crumble and let their opponents come back again.

A 7-1 should really be converted into a victory but what does "should" mean in the world of sports.

I thought I'm the only one here in this forum following Snooker :p

btw we could have a player in main draw for the very first time, Vafaei lost a match he could win to Ford in the last qualifier after missing some easy shots in last frames, most probably because lack of experience.

first time I started watching snooker in Eurosport (almost 10-12 years ago) this sport almost didn't even exist in Iran . so having two players in the pro tour is quite a progress in such a short time.

Vafaei is the guy who recently beat Judd Trump? My 'Iranian surprisingly beats Trump' headline on a Dutch website got a lot of views there :d
