Well, Swaziland has a considerable population of people with European origin (within the African top 15-20 in terms of total number). :d Still, the odds of them getting BMX athlete are not exactly big. :p

C'mon, if you see a Swaziland flag on an official site, what do you think?

On a side note, I've just checked previous World Cup results. There were a whooping 8 girls competiting in the first stage in Montpellier...

Thank you IOC, thank you.

I have a feeling World Cups mean absolutely nothing in BMX freestyle and definitely don't have the best in the world competing :p

That sounds likely. The best ones are shooting videos for youtube as we speak. Though, we are stuck with these ones until the IOC find his sense back.

In a World Cup? That's new :d

I always thought most athletes in all these X-Games sports that have no place at the Olympics didn't give two shits about stuff like World Cups or events organized by the recognized federation :p

Really ?

Sponsors don't like their athletes showing once a year (X Games). :p This Hannah something is probably the best at the moment for example.

    • Yes, but what I mean for Serbia is that everything changed there (unfortunately for us ). 2022 was an unbelievable mess, that's not the case anymore now with just one athlete who has really gone for it and made it, so I'm 99% sure they'll accept it this time.   Who knows though. Plus there's always 1-2 bigger countries here or there who reject something, but it's not gonna be 16 places I'm afraid
    • Doping by Event Type When we look at which events have the most doping cases, a few categories stand out from recent sanction records: Long Distance (3,000m and above): 32% of cases Sprints (400m or less): 24% of cases Jumps: 12% of cases Javelin: 8% of cases Middle Distance (800m–1,500m): 8% of cases Hammer: 8% of cases Steeplechase (3,000m SC): 4% of cases
    • From 2020 to 2025    These three countries alone make up almost two-thirds (61.9%) of all current doping violations in athletics worldwide. It’s worth noting that 199 of World Athletics’ 214 member federations have no athletes on the current ban list. This means the problem is really concentrated in a small number of places. Here’s a look at the top countries: Rank Country Total Violations Percentage Region 1 Kenya 119 24.74% Africa 2 India 108 22.45% Asia 3 Russia 73 15.18% Europe 4 China 26 5.40% Asia 5 Turkey 20 4.16% Europe 6 Italy 18 3.74% Europe 7 South Africa 18 3.74% Africa 8 Ukraine 17 3.53% Europe 9 United States 16 3.33% North America 10 Morocco 15 3.12% Africa
