I doubt that Germany will use all its eight Women's places. Now that Carl won't be able to compete, I only see six "safe" athletes (Rydzek, Gimmler, Hoffmann, Hennig, Sauerbrey, Fink) and maybe Krehl. -

Sochowicz has clearly underperformed so far this season. I hope he picks up the pace soon and we should join the team relay event. -

China and Poland are missing one men's single, and Slovakia is missing one women's team, who isn't competing at all this season. I was hoping Poland and China would get a wild card to compete on the team relay at the Olympics. -

I thought Slovakia didn't have any women in single? It's a bit ridiculous that two men's doubles teams will be competing for Svk, but no women. Would your girl have a realistic chance to Q? -
