well Froome attacked him in the finish, when he saw that Sagan wanted to give the stage win to Bodnar, Froome tried it, ofc it´s understandable because there bonifications seconds, but whe Sagan noticed Froomes attempt, he immediately brought him to his senses :d

That thing after 45 seconds? That's not an attack from Froome, just spending his last energy to gain some more seconds and be ahead of Bodnar :d

Anyway, great win from Sagan of course, now let's see tomorrow to see if Froome didn't go to far today :p

unfotunately tomorrows stage is shortened, but logical and right because apparently there very bad wind conditions in Mont Ventoux expected tomorrow. the finish will be 6 km below of the Mont Ventoux at Chalet-Reynard.

Mountain passes & hills 1

ofc such a pity, because Mont Ventoux is defiitely something special .

The best mountain in the Tour de France is gone tomorrow :(

Chalet Reynard is not that safe from the wind by the way, depending on the wind direction of course. If it comes from out of the open (from the red arrow), I guess it will be very stormy at the new finish line:

Tonight's two guests in the Belgian late night Tour de France talkshow: "Froome jumped behind Sagan because he knew Sagan is the best rider in this Tour" and "Sagan is not riding this Tour de France, he's riding his own competition right now." :d

    • It's all hogwash especially in the short attention span generation. Like nobody cares about Free Tibet anymore either. Free Palestine will last a lot longer due to Saudi Arabia becoming a sponsorship force in sports.   Israel is too weak in soccer to qualify from UEFA zone. The only time they qualified was from the Asian zone and they only beat Australia & New Zealand who were complete nobodies in the 1960s. No such luck in the 60 years since.
    • Oh I assure you FIFA dodger a bullet with Israel not qualifying…   But ya that’s kind of the thing, shut up and dribble is a mantra anti LGBT people have used often. I don’t think it’s hypocritical to remind them of their position
    • Ah, yes but that's not how pro athletes are taught in North America these days? Shut up & dribble is xenophobic, racist or whatever? The hypocrisy of some of these policies were exposed during 2022 World Cup already where the Saudis played it smart and waved their own "Free Palestine' slogans. Forget LGBT rights for a moment, how many 'Free Palestine' flags will be waved in 2026? Or will those be confiscated by default? Somehow I feel this won't be met with similar backlash when China clamped down on 'Free Tibet' in 2008 OG. Saudi Arabia is more important to global markets than Iran & Egypt
    • Wisła Płock just assumed 1st position after five consecutive draws. Must be first time ever a team on a five match winless streak actually moves up to league top.
    • Well ya, which is why the Egyptian and Iranian teams can shut up and dribble :P
