After 2018, they invested heavily in this sport, which until 2010-2014 was completely dominated by Asia and Canada, with a few exceptions, so they're now more secure. Some 10-15 years ago, they would have had a weak Olympics if only speed skating were considered. Their phenomenon is that they consistently produce outstanding champions in various summer and winter sports, something Italy can't do. Sighel could dominate here, as it's clear that Canada and the USA are weaker. -
