Wellinger is out of form, but he'll probably be in fourth place at the Olympics... Because who else do Germany have besides Raimund, Hoffman, Pasche, and him? Geiger is in even worse form. The overall run of form from Wellinger and Geiger this season has been incredible. Overall, Germany has been very weak this season: two in the top three, but no wins, and outside the top three, there's a black hole.

She's already achieved top-10 in several competitions on single rounds, so it's no a huge surprise. Canada and China are showing that success in women's ski jumping is possible even without a tradition in the sport. It's just a shame Italy can't do something similar – we have quite a strong tradition in women's ski jumping – we even had a World Championship medal in 2011.

But this is yet another winter discipline that demonstrates that hosting home games literally benefits nothing fot Italy and this is unfortunately due to our incompetence. I would also understand someone specializing, like the Netherlands and simply abandoning most snow sports: cross- country, ski- jumping, alpine skiing, etc.,  but not this shit, what we do now: look at ski jumping, cross-country skiing and nordic combined.

    • Progressive Bulgaria- the name is misleading and someone from abroad might think it's some kind of modern social democracy party(various sources classify them as SD). Personally, if I were Bulgarian, I would give the PP an outright majority and simply evaluate them after 4 years- if they rule good I then another 4 years por them; if not- goodbye. Better that than chaos or another years with GERB or Radev's post-communists.
