Complete disaster for Italy :facepalm:

 

Absolutely deserved failure for Sieghel, who pulled the stupidest move of the day by a mile. He had absolutely no need to try and squeeze himself in between China and Poland.

Lollobrigida won, so we had to lose somewhere, but Sighel did some stupid things. He could have easily won a medal here.

just another medal thrown away because he can't make it simple even when ge's by far the quickest on the field :facepalm::hairpull::bones:

oh, I'm talking of Sighel, of course

 

and very disappointing race (the worst since a very long time) by the other 2 Italian guys

 

I'm really disgusted, they've just ruined what was a great day

I don't think easily, but he definitely could've. 

 

I'd kill to be in :ITA position right now, converting on about 85% of your medal chances :p

Alongside the Canadian and the Dutch, he's the best, and things are going to be different in the final, so he could even win. I don't understand why he's risking it in such a weak 1/4?
