Women's Football UEFA Euro 2025

Yes, unfortunately Poland has to improve in order to be able to stand a chance against tough opponents as they met here.

But there is hope and I guess you will qualify to Euro more often, even if the qualifier against Austria was very hard worked for.

To make a comparison, the actual difference between Sweden and Poland is similar to that between Poland and Romania.

Italy, for a country that was the cradle of European women's football, is in a very poor position: 30 years ago on the Euro were just us, Germany and Norway but now, of course, Spain and France have escaped. We no longer know how to develop the great talents in this sport, whether women or men.

It makes you wonder just how bad Wales is given how they got spanked by this Dutch team the other day.

And yeah, I mean Sherida Spitse is your half-time rescue pick? What year is it?

Many old players, young players are not up to level, bad management and a tough group.  I didn’t expect anything but still disappointed we are really close to elimination after two games.

Winning Group C means playing Spain only in the final but getting a much harder QF than SF. I wonder if France tries to manipulate the Dutch game to end up in the top half?
