Actually skis weren't the problem...she basically blacked out and had to be taken to the medical center (it took us quite a while to find her). She's better now, full of anger for tomorrow at least.

Bad course design - good faster skiers have no choice but to leave the barriers to get past slow naive ones.

Already :DEN :ISL :MGL looking good.

Wow :HAI into 3rd! :NGR also looking at Top 10!

And hey,if we can get both :POL & :INA in the Climbing, we can get both :HAI & :LIE here!

  Wouldn't be surprised to see the same this time. The men's 500m has basically on or with luck two medal chances, but certainly not three (semi-realistic) ones. With Beau Snellink for now not exactly on his way to an Olympic ticket and Patrick Roest still questionable, that might only leave Chris Huizinga, Jorrit Bergsma and Marcel Bosker, and that is not exactly a group one would want to have in the team pursuit.

  Looks like it. Not too surprising at all, it fits anticipated behaviour of contemporary forums about politics. To be more clear - suffering isnt something that bothers people on universal level. 50000 slain Christians in 14 years - not interested. But other atrocities around the world - bring it on baby.

  Gonna be interesting Olympic qualifiers again in the Netherlands. Only 9 spots available per gender, we'll have 5 days of anxiously filling in the 'matrix' table As almost every speed skater says, more intense than the Olympics itself and every skater absolutely hates it, Fun for people to watch though. I do think they should have made some rule like 'if you win three World Cups in a single distance before the OQT, you get a spot', but they didn't and obviously you can't just add that now.
