To start a music career and release a song the same day was obviously not a distraction:thumbup:

So when i reported Diego casas previous result, that was apparently winter throwing nationals. The actual Spanish winter throwing championships are happening now and i have men's discus results.Yasiel Sotero wins it with 64.53[just 15 centimetres off from his pb in 2023] also had legal throws off 64.50 and 63.44.it came down to two centimetres as Diego Casas tossed 64.51 for his final effort[in a ''how the hell is this true?''moment his pb is also just 15 centimetres longer than this]. Marcos Moreno saez took third improving his pb from 57.76 back in 2022 to 61.15 here.Yasiel goes up to second and Diego retains his third place on the world ranking list this year.discus is happening in Italy as well today and in france tomorrow.

the action was disturbed by quite some rain, unfortunately

Enrico Saccomanno won the Winter Title with 59.75m ahead of Alessio Mannucci (57.73m for him)

in the women's Hammer Throw, Sara Fantini won the title with 70.81m ahead of Rachele Mori (67.92m for the former Junior World Champion, who's still far away from showing the expected progress in her senior career)
