Grant Fisher destroying Bekele's 5k indoor world record, Kiplimo with the single biggest half marathon world record improvement ever....we have now officially reached the devaluation of running world records, I guess :p (in case we hadn't yet)

Kristin Pudenz starts her season with a victory at the German winter throwing championships with 61.59[second best result this year so far],Marike Steinacker finishes in second with 61.34.

On the men's side Henrik Jassen stole the win with a last round effort of 64.43,sixth place olympic finisher Clemens Prufer finished in second with 63.55,right ahead of the world leader just two days ago, Steven Richter who threw 63.32.
