Hirscher not looking like Hirscher in his return so far. After being away for so long it will probably take him awhile to get used to competing again. Also he needs to lose some kilos, because right now he is more suited for the speed events and not a slalom :d

We wasted many years counting on only one Vinatzer, who is not suited for slaloms with his style of riding. He should focus on giants and maybe super-Gs? The rest of our team is non-existent. We need to get rid of this whole gang, with coaches at the front and start all over again. It should have been done in 2019 when we got the games in Cortina.

Not official yet

Hirschbueld should be DSQ.

Ok, now it's official with Meisen.

Saccardi skiing well but he crash. Sala and Gross aren`t fit for the World Cup with this form. Gross used to be good but his time has passed. Same with Razzoli. The problem is there is no one young to replace them.

The training methods in our slalom team don't work. It's not a coincidence. It's not even that we don't have 1-2 stars, like Tomba in the past, or later Moelgg but there's a general lack of a few solid skiers under 30 who would regularly score points and improve their starting positions. The same goes for our girls - for 2 years, only Peterlini has been making regularly points but there's no talk of fighting for the podiums either. A sad picture.

If my research is correct, this is the first time since Adelboden 2002 without Italians in the second run. What a shame.

Besides, the real drama will be when Brignone and Goggia leave and that can happen at any moment. We will be left with only Bassino in the giant slalom/supergigant (she also has 30 age) and 2-3 good skiers in the fast disciplines, like Pirovano, Delago sisters etc., but on a completely different level than Goggia and Brignone. Then there will be cry... Especially since our brilliant federation cut Colturi to Albania...

Italy must wait for its Sinner in slalom...

Keeping my finger crossed for that .

hopefully the guy will not have any doping issues. Even the fake news and claims

i Think it would be better to say we are all waiting for a new Tomba La Bomba
