What’s the format for the tournament? There’s 5 quotas available (4 for Latin America, and 1 for North America) so if it was 2 KO brackets it wouldn’t make sense.

4 Tournois = 4 Qualified

there's a group stage, top 2 in each group advance to the knockout stage #1

 

top 2 in the first knockout stage are qualified to the OGs, then all the participants to the knockout stage #1 not qualified to the Games will be divided into 2 tournaments of the knockout stage #2

 

the winner of these 2 additional tournaments will qualify to the Olympic Games, meanwhile the runner-ups will face each other for the last remaining spot

sorry, I read the previous post too late...I was talking of the European Tournament format
