don't you know how affilation to Hong Kong is decided? I mean why numerous Chinese athletes who don't make a national team do not simply switch to Hong Kong? Isn't it an obvious choice for them? Hong Kong medals are so rare but come on, they could be an Olympic powerhouse if they took all unclaimed Chinese athletes
