Points System

In sport climbing, breaking, and BMX freestyle there’ll be a maximum of 50 points up for grabs (unsure on the amount of points per rank though) in both Shanghai and Budapest, the athletes with the most amount of points qualify for Paris. In skateboarding, it’s a little bit different. They’re using a three-thirds system where 1/3 of each athletes Olympic Qualifier Series Ranking will count, along with 1/3 points in Shanghai, and 1/3 points in Budapest.

Right now, Fay Ebert is on 4076 points in women’s park, while in men’s street Cordano Russell is on 20,727 points, Ryan Decenzo is on 18,110 points, and Matt Berger is on 7,725 points.

Skateboarding - Cordano Russell (men’s street), Ryan Decenzo (men’s street), Matt Berger (men’s street), Fay Ebert (women’s park)

Josh, who do you think will qualify. Can we qualify more than one woman in breaking?

I don’t know why you’re asking me, I’m not an expert on that “sport” :dunno:

I’ll say Ryan Decenzo and Cordano Russell in men’s street, Fay Ebert in women’s park and that’s it. My predictions may be a tad pessimistic but low expectations = no disappointment.
