Technically it isn’t the “5 best 2nd pairs” 

 

It’s the first 22 pairs (with a max of 2 per NOC)

 

In reality it’s likely the same thing but just in case…

So WA changed the rules)

This one is valid and 22 teams will qualify today.

Stano injured after stepping on a bottle thrown by someone else, so goodbye to the 2nd team for Italy, and maybe 2 big Olympic medal chances, individual and relay, already gone.
