Yep, watching the last finishers in the marathons is usually one of my favourite things :p 

 

Just like for example waiting for the very last guys in the cross-country skiing at the Winter Olympics, it always provides beautiful images and moments :)

Of course. :d Nevertheless, if the Russian accused, it does not mean that we can't blame others if they are cheaters. Especially American athletes most accused Russian, even if among them are innocent

    • I know these rules apply in some championships. I'm just not sure if they apply in all.
    • I'm not familiar with the minimum participation rules and medal allocation procedures set by ODEBO. Maybe @Fer GUA can give a better answer.   I do know that minimum participation rules can affect viability of events and/or medal allocations at the Commonwealth Games, Central American and Caribbean Games and Mediterranean Games.
    • Am I right that, if there's less than 3 competitors, only the winner gets a medal?
