I don't think that one between and will finish 17th. It is still highly possible that Ukraine or Italy enters top-4 instead of the USA. Thus the USA will take American quota. phelps 6,969 Posted February 24 #194 Share Posted February 24 no. #1 seed lost to in the round of 16 in the team world cup in Heidenheim! it won't change much, but that's what you get when your best player is totally out of shape (and it's quite some time...it starts to be worrying) and your no.2 player (who's won a bronze medal the day before) is not even on the squad right now we're set for the quarterfinals: vs vs biggest surprise of the day, knocked out in the round of 32 vs (key match, with both teams currently tied at the 4th place in the OQR) vs (another surprising team, they knocked out in the round of 16) *if lose, need to earn a lot of points to close down the distance between them and keep the pace to steal the Asian OQP in the last event, as are going to drop our of the top 4 of the OQR) Josh and Benolympique 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But at the same time - it was the best performance of in thie men`s epee qualification period. We lost to in the QF at the priority minute only and were ahead with 11 seconds to the end. So the team proved that it is not as weak as it was several months ago. Of course it is too late to fight for Olympic quota.
