Wyatt Sanford qualifies for the Olympics in men’s 63.5kg, and advances to the gold medal match!

Was nervous when Sanford lost a nervy and very even first round, but he rightfully won the second and third rounds on all the cards.

 

All things considered qualifying only two boxers from Pan-ams is a bit disappointing but at least our two best boxers are going to Paris.

An almost perfect day for the Canadian surfers. Olin lost her round two heat to Brazil’s Tatiana Weston Webb, although not completely surprising, as she’s one of the best surfers in the world and one of the contenders to medal in Paris.

Really hoping Scarlett Delgado and Charlie Cavanaugh can qualify through the WOQT.

Canada won that, I saw it. Canada caught the Argentinians.
