When ended period , that destribution wild cards for nations???
But we are a nation  that had 8 or less (individual!) athletes at the previous two Summer Olympics, how Andorra,Bangladesh and other

Moldova had 22 athletes in 2012 and 29 athletes in 2008. It's about all sports (without the team sports like football, handball and so on), not just about shooting.

I congratulate all the athletes who have received wildcards!!! But when will be result for Republic of Moldova. I very wait answer and I hope, that they get me one beautiful chance to participate to the Olympic Games/.....I have MQS (women's 10 m air rifle) .... I believe I hope and I wait

Moldova is not part of the NOCs under the Tripartite Commission, so the shooting place will be awarded to the Moldovans and other unqualified NOCs once the re-allocation happens soon.

There are reallocations for unqualified nations in shooting who have MQS.

basis for a reallocation........is it completely arbitarary or highest ranked shooter or ???  ( this is presumably only for unused quotas because some country who had a quota refused - normally to protect a better shooter who may have qualified in another event ) - how many unused quotas ?

ISSF is being a bit secretive about the exact number, but there are around 30 unused quotas for small nations + unqualified nations. If I'm not mistaken they are giving the priority to unqualified nations with the highest number of MQS reached.

    • And this is the final Medal Table fo the XX Bolivarian Games in
    • Agreed. But OTOH, the chances of a Male Team pursuit medal also seem rather slim at the moment, so why the hassle of dropping someone.
    • I have a sports database with millions of entries, which I then convert graphically on my Wikipedia sandbox.
    • Wouldn't be surprised to see the same this time. The men's 500m has basically on or with luck two medal chances, but certainly not three (semi-realistic) ones. With Beau Snellink for now not exactly on his way to an Olympic ticket and Patrick Roest still questionable, that might only leave Chris Huizinga, Jorrit Bergsma and Marcel Bosker, and that is not exactly a group one would want to have in the team pursuit.
    • 4 years ago the third Male 500 metres qualifier was dropped for a Team pursuit rider.
    • In the 5000 she probably won't (first alternate at the moment).      What are the chances of the matrix "prioritizing" a mTP squad ?
    • Looks like it. Not too surprising at all, it fits anticipated behaviour of contemporary forums about politics. To be more clear - suffering isnt something that bothers people on universal level. 50000 slain Christians in 14 years - not interested. But other atrocities around the world - bring it on baby.
